Front desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! The hotel is older and has its charm. The air conditioner and the water pressure and temperature were excellent! Location was very convenient. We walked or took a short taxi ride to all of the major monuments. Hotel is located behind the Supreme Court which means more of a secure area. Self-service laundry mat located across the street. Overall, extremely happy with this hotel, staff, location. Thank you for everything!

The breakfast was great! The service and concierge of the front desk was top notch. Everyone on the staff was super nice and helpful. This hotel is a perfect location to see everything in Rome. I stayed with my family with children ages 11 and 14, and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Perfect location!

The hotel was terrific, if you are able try to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel, it is fantastic. The hotel staff are excellent and it is close to all the major attractions. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay there again.

Location and Staff are excellent. I won’t recommend the breakfast. We needed to buy water and other drinks and the price was higher than outside. We have not used the room service, which was 3 Euros per day. These services should have been free for this price .

Great location! We walked to the Vatican, Piazza Navonne and some other Roman highlights. Lots of restaurants also within walking distance and there is a small convenience store directly across the street! The staff there is very friendly to Americans (which is not always the case) and made our experience great! They arranged a tour and a van to bring our large family of 6 with 6 large suitcases to the airport on our last day. Highly recommend!
