Heel goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel, mooie en nette kamers. Ontbijt heel erg slecht. Door de Corona was er geen buffet, wat je kan begrijpen. Er staat op tafel een menu wat je kan vragen en dan brengt iemand dat. Echter veel moet je er niet van verwachten. Eerste dag was er geen vers fruit, tweede en derde dag kregen we een 6 tal aardbeien. Broodjes waren er niet, croissants verpakt die niet te eten waren. Als we dan brood vroegen, kregen we 2 sneetjes voor 4 personen. Bestek lag nooit klaar. Laatste dag waren er geen pannenkoeken of eitjes. Er was slechte electriciteit??? Persoon in restaurant was totaal niet gemotiveerd.

Siamo tornati per la terza volta in quest'hotel che inizialmente ci aveva entusiasmato moltissimo. Devo dire che purtroppo, anche a causa del covid,i servizi prima apprezzati scarseggiano. Partiamo dalla camera,nessun kit in bagno,neanche in camera,essendoci una macchinetta per il caffe,ci aspettavamo qualche capsula,invece abbiamo dovuto richiederla in reception e ce la siamo ritrovata sul conto. Niente tazzine,palette o zycchero in camera,frigo bar con solo bibite,nell'armadio,neanche una copertina supplementare. In bagno,abbiamo richiesto il kit per lavare le mani e l'inserviente ha detto di richiederlo in reception perché loro non ne avwvano. Non c'era neanche il cartello da mettere dietro la porta per rifare la camera,era assolutamente vuota,cosa che nelle visite precedenti non era. Poi passiamo alla nota veramente dolente,la colazione. Del ricco buffet che ricordavamo,non vi era più neanche l'ombra, solo qualche merendina preconfezionata e le bibite da distributore. Posso assolutamente affermare che l'hotel delle province per come ce lo ricordavamo 6 mesi prima,non sembra più neanche lo stesso,ma noi ritorneremo senz'altro per la cortesia,la gentilezza e la tranquillità della struttura,sperando di ritrovarlo nuovamente al suo splendore.

great service in difficult times

We have stayed here before, near where my son was living while at university in Rome. The air con and the shower were really nice. In covid19 times, was impressed by the attention to detail of hand sanitisers , face masks etc. Service was fabulous, organising taxis - even securing a better price for the use of a Mercedes minivan. I’m sure life is difficult for any business but they were working extremely hard to make it the best experience it could be.

You get what you pay for?

To be completely honest, it was not a horrible stay but I definitely would not stay there again if I was to return to Rome. It’s a bit far from everything, our room had no window, so if it was warm, harshly put, that sucked for us. Room was pretty clean and and had a nice minibar, but you could often clearly hear what was going on in the lobby and the rooms were nothing special to praise. The staff was excellent and outgoing trying to help with whatever they could (with the exception of the man who checked us in) but the rest were great.

Disappointing, Not a Real 4-star Hotel

We didn't have a good experience with this hotel, except it's location. It is not a real 4-star hotel and at the optimum level, it can be a low level 3-star hotel in a good location. Staff were okay, however, the receptionist reacted badly by his face, when he got my middle-eastern passport and tried to avoid speaking to me as of that time! The given room did not have any window to outside (like a prison) and the air was stuck there. The only window of the room was opening to the corridor of the hotel! Upon our request we were moved to another room, with an abnormal shape, but with a window, however opening to a dirty backyard. It was surprisingly small for a couple. The bed was not comfortable and made lots of noises at night. Due to the abnormal shape of the room, the TV wasn't in front of the bed, so not comfortable to watch while you are on the bed. The walls were very thin and not insulated, so during night lots of noises from neighbors and the corridor. The bathroom was big, but with molds on the walls. With a big non-insulated window, was so freezing, especially during the first night the heating system of the bathroom didn't work. The next nights it worked. The WIFI was good. The quality of the breakfast was not the same as other 4-star hotels; Not much variety and not high quality. Usually in other 4-star hotels, you can find an electric kettle comes with free daily tea-bags and coffee, while in our room there was a just a Paid type of espresso maker for 0.5 Euro

L'hotel è pulito e si trova in una buona posizione, l'arredo è particolare, il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la colazione offre croissant e torte da pasticceria sicuramente di qualità con possibilità di prepararsi anche omelette e spremute. Ci siamo trovati bene, siamo arrivati in piena notte in cinque, due adulti e tre bambine e nonostante lo scarsissimo preavviso di pochi minuti prima siamo stati accolti da un signore molto garbato e gentile che ha subito provveduto a farci sentire a nostro agio. Molto soddisfatta.

Il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono stati solo alcuni problemi dovuti alla chiusura della porta della camera in quanto in atto ci sono le sostituzioni delle serrature.

This is a very basic hotel. We only stayed one night. Wouldn’t want to stay anymore than that. But it’s a good price for Rome. The breakfast was good. Room was basic. Didn’t feel that clean.
