Great little hotel in a charming Italian neighborhood. It’s close to some great restaurants and within walking distance or a short subway ride from many major attractions. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great place to stay while visiting Rome.

A fantastic location in Rome with restaurants, a supermarket and shops right at our door. A very short walk to the Spanish Steps. The room was very old, but clean and tidy. It had double glazed windows which could be opened which was great. The building had a lift which was helpful for getting suitcases to the room.

The property was perfectly located, with all of Rome’s major attractions just a 10–20 minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, luxury shopping areas, and many well-known restaurants were all within easy reach. The location made it extremely convenient to explore the city, and the service was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved Belsiana House! The location is incredible! It was easy to find with instructions provided by the staff. We met with Sara and she was absolutely lovely! She took the time to go over things to do and see during our stay, and highlighted areas that the locals frequent. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, The bathroom was modern and lux. I definitely recomend Belsiana House.

An excellent property located in central Rome. Staying here, you're ~5 minute walk to the Spanish steps, ~10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, and ~30 minutes to both the Vatican and Colosseum. Staff were great, and check in was easy and quick.

This property was conveniently close to The Spanish Steps. Easy to walk to many places. Lots of shops and cafes were nearby. Staff was extremely helpful. They called taxis for us and stored our luggage. One of the biggest bathrooms we had. Lovely place.

Staff was extremely communicative and organized throughout the pre-arrival, checkin, and checkout processes. The room was so clean and modern, had incredible air conditioning which kept us cool in the heat wave, and it was located steps from incredible shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing!
