Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice

This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola.

This hotel in Cinque terre is awesome! Follow the directions closely they give you on how to get there and you will make it to a lovely hotel stay with a gorgeous view. The property manager was extremely accommodating and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend.

The view from the room was the most beautiful ocean view! The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning all day and especially in the evening at sunset. Probably one of the best spots to stay in Manarola. Such a great place to stay and we had a wonderful host Tatyna who made it extra special and always making sure we had everything we needed / needed to know. We cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Perfect location close to the station and easy to find. Lovely quiet room with air conditioning. The room and bathroom were both clean too. The staff were helpful and friendly too, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine with our room which was a lovely touch. The property also had a terrace with stunning sea views. The only thing we would have liked is for there to be more storage. There were no cupboards to put belongings in. Thankfully we were only there for a couple of nights but this could be more of a challenge for those who have a longer stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend this property to others

5 stars for the instructions, the host sent a video that was very helpful. We arrived at the room just before sunset and the view from the terrace was absolutely beautiful. We could only choose the room at the bottom of the stairs as the others were booked. Upon entering the room there was an immediate mold smell. Very strong. There are no doors or windows to open to the outside to air out the smell. We found the source of the mold was in the bathroom growing behind the sink. We were stuck for the night and tried to find other accommodation that did not have mold. The room was also advertised as a queen bed but it was only full size. We stayed out late and listened to the orchestra in the square to avoid the room as much as possible. We left very early for our drive to Milan and can not comment on the paid breakfast.

Somewhat difficult to find (don't use Google Maps, trust me). Once I got directions from the host, it was a spectacular place. On a cliff overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Be sure to visit the common-area balcony on the top floor. My room was on the bottom - stone architecture from centuries ago.
