Cons: Der Ausblick war nicht wie angekĂŒndigt in den Wald, sondern auf eine riesen Baustelle, weil der Garten neu gestaltet werden sollte. Wird wahrscheinlich schön, wenn der Garten irgendwann mal fertig ist. Zudem gab es ein Schimmelpilzproblem, das nicht durch unzureichendes lĂŒften sondern eindeutig durch die Bauart und Lage der Wohnung zu begrĂŒnden war.
