"Good stay for night"

"IHG gave me a refund for the second night but Expedia, which my second reservation was booked through wouldn’t help me. I don’t see any reason to ever use Expedia in the future "

"Spotless, clean nicely appointed rooms. Very convenient location. Wonderfully helpful staff , a credit to Miguel and rest of concierge team. Left baggage in storage while traveling to Machu Pichu which worked so well. "

"Room was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was very efficient. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. This hotel is located not far from the airport which is handy however it is very noisy from the aeroplanes and traffic"

"No AC, and night club on street with music blasting till late, the fan/ light would turn on in the middle of the night, and sticky carpets. Staff was kind and great. "

"Dint even get to check in as the front staff was to rude and wanted to fight us on all topics . No real manager to speak of . We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system . Good enough I guess... thanks expedia... booooo Amara hotel "

"Good and bad things:Bad: - Smell of mold in the apartment - Sofa bed is really small, meant for a small child. They also did not have bed sheets for the sofa bed even though we made it clear we would be using it - I booked because of the pool and gym. You have to book and was never able to use it during our 4 night stay- only provided 2 towels for 4 days and 1 roll of toilet paper- neighbor upstairs played music super loud until early in the morning, 3 am, I had to get up and tell security until it stopped. Only happened one night.Good - the bed in the main room was big and comfortable - the neighbor is close to many attractions - the host is quick to reply and provided good suggestions for tourists "
