"It’s located walking distance to plaza. Breakfast is great! Vegetarian options for lunch and dinner are limited. The staff on the day I arrived told me that cab ride to the airport will be 10 soles. I booked my cab ride the next day and driver charged me 25 soles. Please be cautious when you are booking cab rides with the hotel."

"The grounds are lovely. The rooms are comfortable with amenities. The sink had fungal growth at drain. Toilet had not been sanitized. Breakfast is superior. Wine needs to be poured at the table as you order a specific wine by the glass, I got an expensive pour but it was a house wine. I asked waitress to bring out the bottle which she did (uncorked) for my second glass and then proceeded to fill my glass away from the table and the same house wine was served, stale at that. Front desk could be nicer to everyone . Lots of men in suits doing nothing. Overall it is very nice hotel, and I always stay there when leaving Bogota."

"Desde que nos recogieron en el aeropuerto hasta el hotel y del hotel al aeropuerto todo fue excelente el servicio el check in and check out súper muy amables habitación limpia y amplia cómoda lo recomiendo al 100% , El area del Restaurante en el primer Piso los felicito excelente servicio y comida deliciosa los recomiendo al 100% ."
