"We arrived very early off the train and were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went out for the day before checking in. Lovely hotel, great views, lovely people, clean and comfortable. It is a little walk up a hill but you are in the mountains so thats to be expected but it’s quick and easy to walk into the main hub of the town. Would reccomend. "

The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "

"The room was clean, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Except that a foul smell coming out of the elevator from the ground is very annoying. We were thinking it’s coming from the outside of the hotel’s sewage system. But all in all, our stay was really pleasant and relaxing. Breakfast is super! "We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem.
