"日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "

"皆さん大変親切でおもてなしが最高でした。ガヤガヤしているエリアから少し離れた立地にあるので静かに過ごせます。客室も綺麗で内装も落ち着きました。1階のフロントとカフェの雰囲気も良くて、朝食はやさしい食事、ここのバナナは美味しかったです。1日だけ他のホテルよりも比べものにならないほど良かったです。またサパに来る時には絶対にここに泊まります。"

"The location of this hotel is brilliant, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and all town sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand and will go that extra mile to assist guests. Food was also excellent in the buffet breakfast, lots of choice, fresh and plentiful . The only drawback for me was the bedding, the mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in."
