"As soon as we got there they tried to sell me “not a time share” but “a vacation club”. I didn’t go to a “luxury” resort to get a sales pitch (the moment I arrived before I even could get my room key). The overriding issue wasn’t the sales pitch, but the guy refused to take no for an answer and the exchange started to get heated. This was my first armony/marival resort (normally do secrets or presidente) and that stupid rude vacation club sales pitch will make it my last/only stay with this group. The resort was nice and most the staff were great. "

"This place was great! It was very nice and cozy. Most common spaces did not have air conditioning so if it was a hot day, bare with the heat! Your room was the coolest place. They somewhat had plenty for the little kids/toddler/babies to do. They had a little splash area designed for them and that was great. There dry playground definitely needs a new makeover. Maybe make the ground a soft ground play area instead of some rough gravel sand. After 6pm there wasn’t anything left to do for babies or toddlers unless they had an even or showing that falls into your time of stay or itinerary of the day. They have an indoor play area but that was off for day care or camp time most of the day. They should at least open later hours for parents who want there kids to tired themselves out before bed. And that area needed Air Conditioning also. It was very warm in a lot of indoor areas also. But overall I like the place and if your have a small growing family or even just a getaway on a nice beach front this place was OK in my books"

"This is a very well located property with beautiful ocean views and close proximity to a half a dozen fantastic restaurants and the beach. Rooftop pool is great for sunsets. As some have noted, there are some shabbier local buildings nearby, but for me I take that as a taste of Mexico, and I love the fact that there is an authentic Pueblo steps away. Make sure to try some street tacos and churros in the town. Note that if you come back after 11 PM, the doors may be locked and the security guard may be sleeping, which caused me some drama one night."

"We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm due to the weather being extreamly hot."

"I celebrated my 40th birthday and the host and staff were the most welcoming and professional. The chef made the most amazing meals and they were extremely accommodating to everyone's requests and needs. The house is beautiful and is right in the center of the Punta Mita development, i.e., a 5 - 10 minute golf cart ride to both St Regis and Four Seasons. The rooms were exquisite with the majority of them having ocean views and outdoor showers. You can also walk to the Kupuri Beach Club from the house which was a nice feature. The house is extremely safe and private, creating the feel of a private oasis with all the amenities one can imagine. I cannot wait to come back next year! "
