He was able to get medication for a family member who forgot theirs at home, decorated for a birthday and checked in with us daily. "Loved our stay, room was very nice (just some very small things like a stain on one pillowcase etc), staff were excellent, food was very good (however the restaurants alternate days that they're open so it limits your daily options a tiny bit), tons of loungers available at the beach and pool, drinks were good, things to do were good/average for an all inclusive. We would definitely consider coming back. The app was awesome, it gave us updates when our room was clean and reminders for reservations etc."

"Pool was nice. Ocean View Rooms were not nice and not worthy of price. My Expedia reservation did not include breakfast and I was not aware of this! I was forced to pay $30. Per day for coffee and pastry ! A rip off"

"We had an ocean view and it was great! Pool side burger was a 10/10 Swim up bar, use Jesus, 10/10 every time This place has a little something for everyone. You want entertainment - they have it, you want sports - they have it, you want to be lazy - they will support you in that too. We were there during “dark sunday” and we were safe. The crew there made you feel like everything was business as usual. They all did a great job and I did my best to try and be a bright face for them as well. Things I wish I knew before my last day: 1) Apparently we could have ordered a different pillow 2) the buffet has a featured item that isn’t on the buffet line 3) can’t use cash to pay for “premium menu” items at restaurants Loved this place, the painting crew (Daniel I think) was awesome, animations crew was great! I’m sure I’ll be back! "

"I celebrated my 40th birthday and the host and staff were the most welcoming and professional. The chef made the most amazing meals and they were extremely accommodating to everyone's requests and needs. The house is beautiful and is right in the center of the Punta Mita development, i.e., a 5 - 10 minute golf cart ride to both St Regis and Four Seasons. The rooms were exquisite with the majority of them having ocean views and outdoor showers. You can also walk to the Kupuri Beach Club from the house which was a nice feature. The house is extremely safe and private, creating the feel of a private oasis with all the amenities one can imagine. I cannot wait to come back next year! "
