Property was beautiful great staff attentive ,nice pool was great my room was amazing we had our own private pool they cleaned it everyday the only thing was most restaurants were either closed or renovations were being done not much food options they need to fix that but overall great stay

We loved this place. Staff was super friendly. The seaweed was bad so at first we thought we would get bored since we couldn’t enjoy the beach. But the food was great, drinks strong, pool and hot tubs were very nice, rooms extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back when the seaweed is better. Can’t fight nature. And finally, the staff is amazing. Everyone is so kind, attentive, and helpful. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend this all inclusive resort.

Everything was nice and clean, the food was amazing the only thing was the buffet didn’t have a lot of option other than that the resort was amazing, booking preferred club with plunge pool was the best thing i booked ! We will be coming back to this amazing resort soon.

Overall this was a nice hotel - staff was super nice/helpful, really nice spa with a relaxation circuit and sauna/steam room. However, there wasn't much to do - there was a main pool area, 4 restaurants, 2 jacuzzis and a small beach area. The drinks and food were mid in my opinion, no real nightlife (they have 1 lounge that was either not open or dead on days it was open), no entertainment besides bingo and random pool games. If you have kids and want a chill spot in between excursions, this would be perfect. If you're coming as a couple, skip this and look for a really nice Adults Only resort.

I love how spotless the room was, had everything you need. The staff was phenomenal beautiful people felt highly spoiled, I can go on and on. This is my 2nd time there. I love staying there didn’t want to leave. Lake view was breathtaking I felt like I was on beautiful paradise. Can’t wait to go back next year.

This was our third time traveling to this property. Unfortunately, this experience was not favorable. The staff were extremely polite, but extremely understaffed. We waited for 10+ minutes to be greeted at the breakfast “buffet” after being sat. The main breakfast buffet was closed without notice. It’s typically a wonderful assortment of vacation treats. This trip however was under construction and therefore replaced by a slimmed down selection in a temporary place (the hibachi restaurant was repurposed). The preferred club was well worth the upgrade. The lounge staff were phenomenal and so kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Dreams. The food was amazing in all the restaurants and the service was friendly. Our waiters and chefs accommodated allergy restrictions easily without sacrificing tasty meals. Our room was always clean and restocked. The spa is a must! So relaxing and beautiful. We spent time on the clean white sandy beach and in the various pools and hot tubs which were all well kept. Lots to see and do with the various areas and entertainment. Every question answered and every need met by the friendly, competent staff.

Property was beautiful, excellent staff and food was also very good ! Not sure that staying in preferred club is worth it ! We had to rent a cabana for the week , we travelled with a 1 year old and needed it for naps and etc.. it was another 1200$ ! And our check in with preferred was lacking a lot of things ! We were very disappointed with that experience! We had a wonderful vacation though !!
