Villas in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur

"Quietly located in beautiful surroundings. Fantastic swimming pool. Nice starting point for an excursion."

"We were welcomed by a beautiful garden and lovely shared spaces, along with a very well-equipped kitchen. It was an especially nice touch that the children could choose toys from a box full of games and toys.We spent a lot of time grilling, playing table tennis, and enjoying the local wine tastings and farmers' markets nearby. There is an exceptional variety of activities and experiences available in the area."

"A brilliant holiday in a lovely area. House was perfect for a group of 11 in our 20s. Pool is massive, bedrooms all have aircon which is great. Ample space for us all and great amenities. Couldn’t recommend enough!"

"We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It's larger than it looks in the pictures! Everything was clean, well maintained, and functional. The patio is lovely, as is the pool, but it was a little too cold to swim! We still enjoyed lying out in the sun, admiring the beautiful view. Communication with the owner and his cousin, who was managing while we were there, was friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend staying at this charming and well located property!!"

"The villa is beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool is big and gorgeous, the view is amazing. It’s quiet, but there is a really nice restaurant and a little village in walking distance. The owners are very kind and willing to help. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday "

"Very easy communication with the host, beautiful property, excellent location!"

"We are a family of 4, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a superb villa, with exceptional features such as the pool, the garden lounge, the grill kit and the home-theatre system! Situated in a picturesque town, everything is close what you need. Local vine, cosy restaurants but there are amazingly prepared supermarkets and shops near the property if you like to cook your own food 😊. Also, the hosts are super sweet and helpful! Overall the villa is perfect for couples and for families...

"The house is clean and tidy. It is spacious and has a big pool. Location is convenient and we have a wonderful stay. The cleaning fee is a bit expensive though. Seperately, I have to express my sincere gratitude for the hosue keeper - Yasmina and her husband, who helped us to call ambulance to send my daughter to the hospital and provided us all kinds of comfort and assistance. Thank you very much!"

"Property is perfect for a larger group"

"Had a great stay. As close to the beach as you can get and also easy walking to shops bakeries restaurants and market. The pool was great for cooling off. I’m sure we swam every day."

"We had a warm welcome and really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was prepared as discussed and we can highly recommend this apartment in Menton for staying in Côte d’Azur. Perfect for families with a dog."

"We had a wonderful stay at the house in Rayol. The house itself is very comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, and a spectacular view. The walk to the beach is not too long, and the beach itself is very pleasant—not too crowded, with a good restaurant as well. The surroundings of the house are lovely. You will find all kinds of nice little shops, such as a bakery, butcher, and more. For those who enjoy sports, there is plenty to do: swimming, hiking, and cycling...

"Location was perfect. Just close enough to town for nice walks to dinner, but far enough away to be very quiet. It was as pictured and very clean with plenty of room. Communication with the hosts was always clear and prompt. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there were plenty of appliances to make the stay easy. "
