Really enjoyed the stay at this property. While we were a large group of friends who checked in together, Staff was very friendly and took care of all of us.
Good front staff. Good location. The room lack amenities. No coffee, drinking water, tissue papers, iron. Just one small pillow. Just come and sleep. No decent shampoo or conditioner.
There’s ant in one of the bathroom. It appears around the sink which is so strange. Less than 10 found every night when we come back. But the room was very clean.
Well located in historic part. Easy check in and out....all self-serve. Breakfast was very nice too. Clean and well-maintained. And small kitchenette in room.
Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great.
Wonderful Bed and Breakfast in downtown Porto. Amazing location. Great host Daniel. Good breakfast. Highest recommendation! Pay ahead of time with credit card or cash during your stay.

Liked: Room comfort
We didn’t interact with any staff during our say. We were there 3 nights and the room was not made up. We didn’t really care as we can make our own bed. There is an elevator contrary to a previous review. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen. Very convenient location, lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to the Balhao Market
Excellent location! 5 min walk from the metro, and bolhao market. Tons of food nearby. Seamless check-in with the codes, that was awesome! And being able to leave our luggage in the luggage room after checkout was a huge help for our last day
You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time.
Don’t bother including breakfast unless you like boiled eggs. My son did not even went down for breakfast for the 3 days that we were there because there was only boiled eggs and toast.
Great location in the heart of Porto, we were a quick walk away to the main city centre. Room was spacious and clean. Note the room is only cleaned every two days but we requested fresh towels and they were delivered quickly. We had an issue with our safe and the hotel was responsive and sent someone to fix the issue right away. Luggage storage was provided which was very convenient. Only thing to note is this hotel does not have an elevator so if you are travelling with large bags I would suggest requesting a room on a lower floor. We did not select the breakfast as it seemed overpriced and instead walked to a local cafe that opened early a 3 min walk up the street.
There was no communication from this property once we were there. There was no daily housekeeping throughout duration of stay - despite reservation clearly stating there would be. We were there for 3 nights with no change in towels, bedding or even toilet paper.

Disliked: Staff & service
Bad experience . We were never given email instructions for check in and ended up stranded in the street (it’s a self-checkin property).
There was no email or phone number for me to call landlord ahead of time to receive check in instructions. Tried phone number on the door when we arrived - no one answered. Received a call back three hours later but that was too late. It was getting dark and we needed a place to stay
We had no choice but to find another hotel at 5pm which cost a lot of extra $ and stress.
I’ll never book a self-check-in property again.
