"Great location. Easy check in. Had to pay extra for checking in at 9 pm. Apartment was clean but had a funky smell. Nescafé coffee maker didn’t work. On check out date in which check out time is 10 am we had someone just walk in the apartment. No knock, no notification. It was 9:40 am and we were just bringing our luggage to the door. When I let the property know they didn’t seem too concerned. They apologized and they will talk to the cleaning staff. "

"Room was gorgeous and very large and spacious. Had mini bar and safe was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Restaurant and breakfast was great and lots to choose from. Close to shopping and meals ke to lots of markets cafes restaurants and sites like Uffizi gallery Pont vecheccio bridge walkable to Santa Croce. Great location and very close to train station but would not know that . "
