"My sister and I drove up from San Diego and stayed one night after doing a day at Disneyland. I've stayed at many good neighbor properties over the years. The location of this hotel can't be beat, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the noise. We could hear everything from our room (we were even all the way down so far from the street). We heard all the other guests, vacuums, tvs, music, showers, etc. I should also add that was with ear plugs. Maybe if you're a heavy sleeper this is the place for you but I'd personally stay elsewhere and enjoy a night of real rest."

"Our second time staying here and unfortunately the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping staff were rude and condescending on a few occasions. After our 3-year-old had a small accident in the bed, we politely asked if they could assist, however we were handed bedsheets to remake the bed ourselves and asked to dispose of the old sheets, which was disappointing. On another occasion, our kids were asleep when housekeeping knocked at the door. We politely asked if they could please return in around 45 minutes. They muttered something in Spanish, walked off, and unfortunately never returned. That said, all other staff were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, as usual. The amenities were great for kids and the location/proximity to attractions was excellent."

"I loved this place. It was a great walking distance from Downtown Disney and the beds were pretty comfy. The shower was also nice and the room was pretty spacious."

"Itzal at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Arrived early and fortunately they made our room available to us. Took advantage of the daily breakfast. Also ordered from the Oasis Kitchen. Room was clean, great water pressure in shower."

"This hotel was excellent. We've stayed at many (8+) resorts near Disneyland and with the price and location, this is our favorite so far. The staff were great and there was always someone available. We were able to get into our room early and received a vodka lemonade at checkin. The lobby is large and well decorated. We never had to wait longer than a minute or two for an elevator. The grounds were well maintained and had nice landscaping. "

"The hotel is convenient but the room we were given was run down, lights unplugged with bent power cord prongs, a cut out square of patched carpet. The sink at times wouldn’t drain. If I hadn’t paid such a low price on the room or if we were staying more than one night I would have been more upset."
