Great place close to historic downtown

This is a great quiet pousada walking distance from the historic centre. Simple but well maintained rooms with a nice porch. The grounds are beautiful and lush. Breakfast was amazing with good variety. There is a secure parking lot across the street for hotel guests, easy to leave the car and walk into town!

A pousada tem tudo para ser nota 10, porém no meu caso peguei um período de reforma e isso acaba influenciando. Barulho, construção e limpeza do quintal em horários em que estamos descansando. A questão da jacuzzi compartilhada ficou um pouco a desejar porque achei que a agua seria trocada a cada uso, porém a agua dela tem cloro. O café da manhã para mim foi uma grata surpresa, excelente. Amo produtos de qualidade, caseiros, bem feitos: eu simplesmente amei as geleias de frutas vermelhas que são feitas lá, blueberry, amora, morango, impecáveis.. iogurte natural, favo de mel... tudo delicioso e as meninas do café da manhã são muito simpáticas. A pousada é bonita estilo rústico, jardim exuberante e cheio de pássaros. Essa sinfonia eu adorei.

A estrutura geral da pousada apresenta-se limpa e funcional, SEM torneiras pingando, chuveiro entupido, ar condicionado com filtros imundos, lâmpadas queimadas e outros itens que já presenciei em outros estabelecimentos. Destaca-se entre os pontos positivos a presteza dos funcionários, sempre procurando oferecer o melhor para o bem estar dos hóspedes. Em tempo, não posso deixar de comentar a excelência do café da manhã e o diferencial do "cafezinho" da tarde incluído na diária que ajuda em muito o despertar para a jornada vespertina. Recomendo.

Desde o primeiro momento, pude perceber o alto nível de organização e o profissionalismo da equipe. Todos os funcionários se mostraram extremamente pró-ativos, atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Durante minha estadia, tudo funcionou perfeitamente bem — desde o agendamento da hidro até as solicitações de limpeza e troca de lençóis. Um destaque especial vai para o café da tarde oferecido como cortesia, um gesto que nos agradou imensamente. Gostaria também de parabenizar a Dona Elisângela, responsável pelo buffet do café da manhã. Uma funcionária simpática, dedicada e que realiza seu trabalho com muito amor e carinho. A pousada é bem localizada, quarto bom, piscina boa. Só que pela manhã ligavam um soprador, e não tinha como descansar, poderiam usar vassoura pela manhã e ligar o soprador num período onde os hóspedes estejam fora, creio que a tarde.
