"Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of variety but was hot. We initially told her couldn’t eat because they don’t have us on the list. (My breakfast was supposed to be included.) AC in room didn’t work. Beds uncomfortable. Towels were dingy and smells like old oil. Outlet was shorting out and overheating our phones and smells like hot electrical. Was told to just unplug everything. No working WiFi and no working phone. Tv didn’t work. Add the fire alarms going off at crack of dawn and having to haul my kids outside to safety and so to wait for an all clear. For every issue we went to them about I was given a basic sorry. Nothing we can do. Was worst Hilton experience I have ever had. "

"I’ve previously stayed there before multiple times but it’s been a little bit of time. It used to be enjoyable You can tell that the property is under a new ownership. They’ve cut corners everywhere. It is no longer what it used to be. No amenities. As soon as we checked in we needed to call maintenance because the toilet didn’t work no washcloths no soap in the room to wash our hands. The Tv didn’t work properly. You name it, where there could be corners cut there were. There were no ice machines to speak up. I had to go to the front desk to ask for ice in bags. I get it. It’s cheap, but don’t waste your money."

"The room was very spacious and all the furnishings were modern. The room was clean and had decent amount of amenities for the price. The staff were very dedicated to making the hotel clean. You could always see them mopping the lobby or touching up the breakfast bar. The surrounding area is just hotels and the airport, so nothing much. The lot is on the smaller side but there are two entrances for the building so it was OK. "

"The hotel was quiet, comfortable and clean Happy hour menu was good, best mozzarella sticks I've ever had and enjoyed the hummus platter. Pool nice temperature and not overly crowded. Negatives were few, ran out of towels at the pool often and breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price. "
