Very enjoyable stay

We booked here for the character and old school ambience, and we weren’t disappointed The magnificent wood work and dining room reminded of luxury from times past. Location was ideal within easy walk of Elizabeth Quay, the Mall and Yagan Square. Definitely stay here again.

Heritage Small Hotel and close to City

Only stayed one night and requested late checkout as I was in Perth for medical reason. Excellent as we did not have to check out until 12:00. Room was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

Het Terrace hotel overtrof ruimschoots onze verwachtingen. Zeer centraal gelegen, een heel vriendelijke ontvangst, gelijk een upgrade gekregen naar een kamer met kingsizebed en een geweldige badkamer en een heerlijk vers ontbijt. Top!!

War zum 2.Mal in diesem Hotel, dies mal nur eine Nacht, der Einfachheit halber weil ich Teil meines Gepäcks dort gelassen habe. Es ist ein sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Dir nähere Umgebung sind in ersterbe Linie Büro Hochhäuser. Aber man ist schnell in Hay und Murray st wir auch am Elizabethan Quay.

What a find! A boutique hotel with soul and character, and great helpful staff. I was walked to my taxi in the rain under a big umbrella, and then they almost chased me to make sure I got my phone charger back. A cosy and quiet bar with a spacious open terrace. I will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel

This was our second stay at the Terrace Hotel for our first wedding anniversary after we spent our wedding night here last year. It was faultless once again, the room was beautiful and well made up. The hotel, bar and restaurant staff are always fantastic and incredibly professional. We had a great anniversary and are so glad that the Terrace lived up to our memories.

Excellent hotel - but only flying visit

We stayed here just overnight - but would have loved stay longer. Hotel in great place for walking around Perth City centre. A very warm welcome with personal touch. Room very comfortable indeed.

Great location for a city stay

Very friendly staff through out the hotel in all departments, rooms very clean, staff very engaging, superb location for a city stay. I would recommend the valet parking as it is hard to find any where to park any cheaper, though do the research for your budget as the valet parking incurs a fee of $49.00.

Character boutique hotel in Perth CBD

Weekend stay for a birthday celebration. The Terrace offers something different from all the large multi-national hotel brands in Perth CBD. Excellent service from all the staff, a bit of old world charm and an extremely comfortable, well-appointed bedroom with beautiful bathroom. Good bar and breakfast service.
