"Looking really old - not the Malmaison of old - freezing cold room with thermostat “barred” from increasing temperature. Carpet fraying, decor tired. Time to move on to more modern hotels. Sad really."

"We use this hotel as it is central to theatre land and lots of great restaurants. Room was excellent, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was our complimentary mini bar had not been restocked after the previous occupancy. This was soon rectified following a call to reception. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold choices."
