-The hotel is in a good location about as close as you can get to the the city centre. -The staff were friendly and helpful at checking-in & check-out. -The room was clean and tidy the only issue was the shower unit leaked due to a bad seal on the door other than that I had no issues at all. -The breakfast was good quality and there was a decent selection of food to choose from.

Clean modern hotel. The entrance at street level is a bit underwhelming but the first floor reception and lounge are bright and spacious. The room was quiet, with comfortable beds and a large shower, plus additional toiletries are available for free at reception. Decent breakfast buffet too. One small critique: the windows don’t open, but overall excellent value for money.

We were made very welcome on arrival and because it was our wedding anniversary, we were given a voucher for complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is central meaning we could walk from the hotel in a matter of minutes. It was everything we wanted for the purpose of our visit to Birmingham.

Room was clean, staff were great. Any issues I did have were swiftly sorted and resolved. Really nice place to stay and 10 mins walk from new street station. Breakfast is a standard buffet style and really pleasant.

Friendly checkin, rooms were just OK for a budget hotel. Definitely not 4 star standard. Hotel in general needs a bit of a spruce up! Excellent location and free breakfast, we would use again but I think no better that a newer Premier Inn.
