Francamente la relación calidad - precio no era correcta en absoluto. Una habitación antigua, pequeña, con un agujero como armario en un pueblecito pequeño. Colchones bajo precio, un tv que no se veia desde la cama .... todo muy muy simple y antiguo. Ademas en la recepcion no habia nadie, tenias que llamar y asi y todo te indicaban que volvieras a las 16 horas... y cuando volvias tenias que volver a llamar porque no habia nadie.

For the price it was definitely not worth $248 there was no Kleenex....no coffee machine in the room 😞 I think the price is crazy. Also I went to check in around 3:40pm no one was there at the front desk had to call for someone ok the front desk phone I was told I cannot check in till exactly 4pm cause the rooms were still not ready...this couple behind me were also blown away. Also the bedding was terrible it was like sleeping with a sheet

This is a very old hotel in an historic location close to everything you might need to Pemberton. It has a pub, liquor store and cannabis store in the hotel and there are a number of restaurants in the same block. The location was quiet and convenient.

Easy breezy beautiful vacation thanks to the pemho ! We use to stay at the pen alley but the pemho is our new go to. Staff was amazing, easy to come and go, beds are comfy and check in & out were smooth. The rooms are cozy/small but who goes to Pemberton to stay in the room? Not us ! The comedy show at the pub was a great addition !

The room was clean enough, and the size was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The biggest problem was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it difficult to use comfortably. The pub downstairs was open until 1 a.m., so we couldn’t get a good night’s sleep before it closed. There was also no coffee or tea in the room, and not even basic toiletries such as toothpaste.

Pretty cool location, right next to a pub, liquor store, and cannabis store. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our room stunk of urine and that pretty negatively colored our view on the place.

It is an old building which has been updated. It has no elevator which is to be expected. It would have been nice to have coffee and hot water for tea on the room. The lamp did not work. Other than that it was fine.
