Staff excellent. Clean. Close to shops and ski lift. Typical mountain Hotel. Food buffet was good to. Good value for money Hotel. If you had any problems itvwould be dealt with straight away.

Nice place but poor food

The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent. Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!!

Localisation excellente, chambre très confortable. Le self très pratique et très correct en terme de qualité prix. Juste un bémol, c'est très dommage de ne pas pouvoir déposer une glacière qui est fermée et en dur dans une chambre froide, j'ai dû laisser uniquement mes pains de glaces qui n'était même pas congelé le matin. Mais la dame a fait tout son possible pour m'aider avec les moyens a sa disposition.

Second time in this hotel. It was good! Food selection for dinner and breakfast were fine, certainly if you stay 1 or 2 nights. Room was fine. However! There is no airconditioning and in summer it can get hot in Andorra, even at 2000m altitude. The night was bad. Also because the water from the faucet was hot and therefore couldn't even drink water (tapwater is normally good in Spain and Andorra). Mind you. These were the only negative points. I will come back to this hotel again when I can. Just maybe not in high summer :-D

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz und die Parkgebühren waren sehr hoch. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, aber wir hatten an der einen Wand war ein großer Schimmelfleck. Die Matratze vom Doppelbett war total durchgelegen und das Zimmer lag direkt am sehr lauten Fahrstuhl. Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage und so war es Nachts sehe sehr warm.

Agréablement surpris

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Chambre spacieuse. Calme, très propre. Petit déjeuner au top, large choix;. Nous avons été ravis et nous reviendrons à cet hôtel à notre prochain séjour .
