Really charming old hotel with completely updated rooms and bathrooms. Right in the middle town, next to the main Cathedral. Great staff. Excellent food recommendations. Charming stay.
Its unique location literally steps away from Duomo and the Baptiser is amazing. Former Palazzo of the Della Rosa and Prati families is in itself a leaving museum. Staff is very knowledgeable about the city, history . The rooms are spacious, with view on the plaza with small kitchen ; rare thing in Italy.
Our suite, Room 2. on the second floor was incredibly spacious. The sleeping area was huge with a street view with a side view of the Domo and Baptistry. The bathroom was nice with a relaxing rain shower. My wife particularly enjoyed the mini kitchen on the side of the room with hot water kettle and refrigerator. The staff was very welcoming and gave wonderful service. Our maid did an excellent job cleaning our room. Some street noise with the windows open, but as soon as you close them, nice and quiet. A very wonderful stay - highly recommend.
One of the best locations you can stay at in Florence for views of the Duomo. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed here several times over the years and will continue to stay here anytime we are in Florence.
We loved the place. Great location with all kinds of restaurants right around the corner. In the great shopping district. I would recommend it very highly.
This was a charming room with large bath and adjoining kitchen area. Best location in Parma. Highly recommended. 10-15 minute walk from train station. We would absolutely stay here again.
I absolutely loved this hotel - the staff was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Our room was great - we had a lovely sitting area, a kitchen and even a washer. If I am ever in Parma again, I will stay here again.
Central location is the reason we chose this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was a disaster. My wife ordered bread with butter and jam, she got a tiny (1 inch by 2 inch ) rectangular piece of white bread with a few butter cubes and a little jam on it. I ordered 2 fried eggs, got 2 tiny pieces of white bread with my order. 8 ordered a croissant which never came. The 2 cappuccinos were great as expected in Italy . I think the server was overwhelmed with a morning rush of customers as well as a bit of language barrier. The service was slow, and the bill was high. €38 (about $43USD). We paid and went to the nice Cafe next door, got two cappuccinos, 2 pastries for €9. l wouldn't recommend the onsite breakfast option unless you want to wait a long while for a subpar breakfast at a fairly high price. Go next door for quicker service at a reasonable price.

We were upgraded, the management was excellent, and the location was great too
We stayed for two nights and overall really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and having a small kitchen area was a nice bonus during our travels. The property had lots of charm and a great atmosphere. The only downside for us was the bathroom, which felt quite small, and getting in and out of the shower was a bit awkward. Aside from that, we had a great experience and enjoyed our time here.
What a wonderful hotel! Beautiful courtyard and the apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean. We were next door to the baptistery and the cathedral. We visited the latter and it was well worth our time.
The people working at reception were very kind and helpful (dinner recommendations [wow! A delight!] and luggage storage). It was lovely. Breakfast was lovely too. Thank you!
Amazing location on Piazza del Duomo right next door to the beautiful Baptistry. Helpful reception staff who “upgraded” my room (I didn’t need extra bed). My room overlooked wisteria-filled courtyard and was very quiet (some rooms have view of Duomo). Breakfast served in nearby cafe. Traditional furnishings and spacious bedroom with kitchenette in corner, but awkwardly tiny bathroom with clunky old shower over bath.
