Two bedroom cottage on 8 acres with amazing views.

  • Two bedroom, one bathroom home with amazing views of the Arkansas river valley. Located in the growing town of Paris, Arkansas. Less than 30 minutes away from Mt Magazine and a short drive from the heart of Arkansas wine country. Some of Arkansas’s nicest trails and scenery are close by.
    Each bedroom features a queen size bed and closet for storage. The living area includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests. A queen size air mattress is also provided with extra linens. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and seating for 6. The kitchen incudes a drip coffee maker for the coffee lovers. Relax in the sunroom and enjoy the scenery of the River Valley. The house also has a two-car garage and a gas grill. A washer and dryer sit in the laundry room for use. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and towels are provided.
