"Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that."

"Room was like an aircraft bathroom with a bed crammed in it! Bathroom wall was dirty. Restaurants were good. No shuttle other than airport tram so you need to walk a bit to get it. Not bad except it was raining!"
