Great location with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around the place. Metro station less than 5 minutes from the spot. The only inconvenience was the access to the apartment inside of the building. A lot of steps and narrow halls. This place is not for a family with toddlers or elder people.

The room was clean, location was pretty good, the place is good only for a small to medium built . Im pretty medium in size but cant sleep comfortably in the mezzanine, hard to access, only small people can fit in there.

This was a great location. Very quiet in a busy neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops. I would give it 4.5 stars because it is very tight. The upper level of our apartment was about 5'7 so not great for taller people. But it was well equipped, clean and the overall setting was great. Not an apartment for large or tall people.

It was a great location! The apartment was just like described. It was comfortable for our family of four with the extra bed. It felt safe. Our only issue was the washing machine did not work very well but the rest was great!!!!

Property is excellent friendly active location in Paris, with restaurant, bakery, and grocery shops. Both locals and tourists mingle day and night. Some sights are in walking distance Inc Pompedue Art Center and Ile De la Cite Inc Notre Dame metro nearby and taxi are reasonable. Property rooms are adequate but could use a few safety meats such as hand rails to upper rooms. No staff on property_ so if you arrive early you can store luggage at a city storage locker about two blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay at Les Patios du Marais. The location was convenient and close to the places we wanted to visit. We rented the Fruit of the Moon room for four people, and we especially enjoyed the balcony, which was a lovely feature of our stay. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It would be helpful to provide enough dish towels for drying dishes, as well as a dish rack. More importantly, the two cabinets on the second floor were unsafe because some of their legs were hanging off the ground and were not properly supported. We had to push them back into place because we were concerned that the cabinets might tip over and fall onto someone sleeping on the main floor. This is a serious safety concern that should be addressed as soon as possible. Overall, the location and balcony were great features, but I hope management will take these concerns seriously to ensure a safer and more comfortable experience for future guests.

This was a very unique experience. I was expecting it to be small but it was very small for me and my partner. The most difficult part was the shower. It was situated beside the toilet and you had to literally step over the commode itself to step in the shower risking slipping. The shower was only about one arms length wide and very hard to bend forward and wash feet literally. The cushions used to decorate the backboard of the bed were heavy with dust. But I got what I paid for. It was close to restaurants and the subway.

Excellent place to stay. We were looking for something with a real France/ old world feel and this fit the bill perfect. Room was spacious and down a cute street nearby local shops and restaurants. The patio was perfect for having a glass of wine after a long day walking the city.

We arrived the week of the heat wave… our units had fans and water and beautiful large windows to open for the evening relief. The court yard with plantings and trees was a wonderful relief from the sun and a charming place to gather with family and other travelers who were staying. We are excited to stay again…. Brilliant location in a great area accessible to all the key sights. There was a heatwave whilst we were there and the apartment was really hot and the air con machine didn't work properly - we fed this back and they changed it straightaway. Very comfortable place with good facilities

Great little apartment with washer/dryer. We were in Paris during an unusual heatwave. Despite not having air conditioning, the property had put a fan in the room which helped a lot. The washer/dryer also came in handy given the excessive sweating. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The place was small but more than enough to be comfortable for a family of four.

The neighborhood was fantastic. Tons of restaurants and shop. Walking distance from all the major land marks the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees etc. It was lovely walking around late at night and felling safe. The entrance was wisemical with the plants, the walkway that light as you walk. The room was small. Smaller then in the picture. Its was clean. And the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a 4 day trip.

Location in Marias is excellent. It's very quiet in the patio as far as street noise and you are adjacent to both the old Chinatown (one Street North) and the queer neighborhood which is awesome. My only issue was noise in the early evening of other guests of the Patios. But I suppose that is to be expected in an awesome neighborhood that attracts awesome and fun people.

The property was very cute but it was very small. One of the bedrooms had its own entrance or a little crawl through to get to. This didn’t work out great if someone needed to use the bathroom in the night. It was also a very hot time in Paris when we were there and the apartment was very hot. There were fans and I think if the temperatures hadn’t been in the high 90s (Fahrenheit) it would have been ok. The courtyard was very pretty and there were a lot of restaurants and stores a short walk from the apartment. The floors were a little dirty and the shower was very small, but it was a cute little apartment in Paris.

Loved the location and neighborhood. Charming and characterful apartment with exposed wooden ceiling beams and French windows opening onto Juliet balconies. There is washing machine but no tumble dryer in this apartment. There is a safe to lock away passports etc which is handy . Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

Clean room (we could have use a spare pair of towels and sheets) good wifi, we could have use some condiments salt and pepper. Great building we absolutely love it!

Location is very good- close to many metro lines, restaurants, grocery, etc. Staff is not on site and messages can take some time for a response. Listing was accurate and the room was good for a place to rest in between excursions.
