We arrived the week of the heat wave… our units had fans and water and beautiful large windows to open for the evening relief. The court yard with plantings and trees was a wonderful relief from the sun and a charming place to gather with family and other travelers who were staying. We are excited to stay again…. In cooler weather 😉

Excellent place to stay. We were looking for something with a real France/ old world feel and this fit the bill perfect. Room was spacious and down a cute street nearby local shops and restaurants. The patio was perfect for having a glass of wine after a long day walking the city.

The neighborhood was fantastic. Tons of restaurants and shop. Walking distance from all the major land marks the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees etc. It was lovely walking around late at night and felling safe. The entrance was wisemical with the plants, the walkway that light as you walk. The room was small. Smaller then in the picture. Its was clean. And the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a 4 day trip.

The location was great and everything was pretty walkable. The apartment was ok, what the listing didn’t show was that the beds were up a ladder and in a loft you couldn’t stand up in. The outdoor sun room was really nice. The other issue was that a mouse or rat climbed into my bag and chewed cloths but also €100 in confectionaries I had gotten as gifts to take home. Multiple items of cloths and all the confectionaries were trashed.

Great location. Clean, affordable etc. Really cute little setting. The instructions to find the room was complicated with 9 digit codes, a mixture of numbers and letters for the room and separate 'door letters'. When you get the hang of it, it's fine. Bit when you first arrive, late and hassled and it's dark and you're tired, the system is a bit overwhelming.

The only downside was not having an elevator. Luckily I was in a room on the second floor so it was not too bad. It was also quite loud - not street noise, but noise inside the apartments. A family in the room next to me was so noisy I was not able to sleep. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay - the suite had everything I needed and more, and the location was excellent. I will absolutely stay again.

This place is fantastic! So clean and fresh. All the bedding was amazing and clean. The bathroom was fresh and clean. The pullout sofa bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on. We stayed in a one bedroom unit as a family of 4 and would definitely book it again. The location is perfect. Don’t hesitate. Book it.

The studio accommodation was very small and good for 1 person. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very narrow, so be mindful when taking luggage. The location is great, 3 minutes walk from the subway station. Communication with the host was easy and reliable, and the accommodation was clean.

Location, reasonable price, unit was exactly as described with kitchenette. I knew it would be semi-automated (ie. not a hotel with a front desk or concierge) but the email communication with codes and instructions to enter were clear and sent on a timely basis. No problems! My only issues were my own responsibility that I didn’t look into beforehand. My unit was four floors up, no elevator. And no air con (heatwave week). But those oversights were on me, they didn’t try to hide those facts :). Overall, it was perfect for my stay. I built some muscle on those stairs !

I love this hotel. Easy access to the the metro line. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. I would book here again when I go back visit Paris.
