Beautiful Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Wish there was quick and grab food options in the hotel. Our room was 315 steps from the elevator. We didn't want to leave the room unless necessary. I would have requested a closer room to the lobby.

This hotel was perfect for our visits to the Disney parks in Paris. It is ideally placed a 10 minute walk from the entrances. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic. We had a wonderful time.

Proximity to the parks is very good -- 10 miniute walk. Hotel common areas and rooms are clean but the place is getting rather old and tired and would benefit from a renovation. Rooms are also rather small when you consider the price and not very well equipped -- e.g. no refrigerator or mini bar. The disney parks themselves are over crowded and grossly over priced. The lines at the main attractions were all over an hour with some exceeding 90 minutes. We even had the dubious distinction of witnessing a mother help her young child pee in an empty water bottle because the wait was so long.. That said the new Frozen exhibits are good.

Hotel is showing its age, rooms are dated, but clean, tv was freezing and ac and toilet needed fixing. But it’s close to the park and was spacious for a standard room. Good for you if use it for just sleeping between park days.

We had such a wonderful stay! We visited with my husband and our two daughters, and the hotel truly added to the magic of our Disneyland Paris experience. The girls absolutely loved seeing Mickey Mouse welcoming guests in the lobby—it made everything feel so special from the moment we arrived! The pool area is amazing, with both indoor and outdoor pools, which our family really enjoyed. We also loved having several different restaurant options right at the hotel, making everything very convenient when traveling with kids. Also, it is so easy to walk from the hotel to the parks ( 10-15 minutes). Overall, we had a great experience and made some really special family memories. We would definitely stay here again! ✨🏰❤️

Our first time at Newport Bay. Check-in was easy and very nice service. Beautiful looking hotel, location for Disney parks is perfect. We had 2 rooms next to each other. Rooms were ok. A few little things like the drawers didn’t slide out or close easily, kettle wire was temperamental (reported and serviced quickly), cracks in sinks and chips of wood missing from door frames. Shower gel dispenser was almost empty when we arrived but refilled the next day. The coffee and water is not refilled daily, as you would likely get with most hotels, however I knew from other reviews and took my own. Beds and pillows super comfy. Any interaction with staff was polite and friendly. Overall happy with our stay. Hotel rooms need a refresh as others have mentioned. Would definitely stay here again though.

Staff was friendly, but not Disney friendly. Food options were very limited. In the bar lil items were premade so you couldn’t make by adjustments. The hotel was not very Disney themed at all. Overall the view of the lake are was pretty, not too far of a walk from the parks but because I love Disney, I would stay at a different Disney hotel if and when I come back.

Hot room- thermostat would not allow change of fan or temperature. No electrical outlets- found one usb on television, none in bathroom or bedside. Only One dining option in hotel.
