Very mixed experience.. arrival the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the staff at breakfast were fantastic! However, our room had a funny smell to it on arrival. The staff charged our toddler for a meal (she’s two and didn’t take more than two bites of food) and the indoor pool was freezing.

Overall amazing stay. Room was clean and nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. The layout is a little wild with it feeling like a maze trying to find your room. If you are further down a wing it can take over two minutes to walk from the lobby to your room.

It was nice being so close to the parks,the hotel was nice but wouldn’t give it 4 stars more a 3 star, it’s a huge hotel and so busy, the reception was constant chaos as was the restaurant at breakfast, the room seemed clean but had a weird smell we only stayed 2 nights so put up with it, we felt the rooms needed an update and a good spruce !

The decor needs updating... the wallpaper in the room was peeling and there was a large area of chipped paint on the wall behind the toilet seat. For the price and rating, you would expect the rooms to be in much better condition. It was clean though. The staff were friendly, concierge was very helpful. A very busy hotel and always lots going on in reception, but we requested a quiet room so they put us well away from the busy areas which was good. Walkable to the parks and pretty outside.

Morgenmadsbuffeten var fin og varieret. Synes hotellet bar præg af at være meget slidt og trænger til rengøring i offentlige områder. Mangler på værelset, begrænset med stikkontakter, ikke opfyldning på vaskeklude, manglede toiletbørste. Pletter på spejlet, ventilation kunne kun gå ned til 19 grader. Generelt bare et slidt hotel desværre.

Minpunt: Dat we om een kinderbedje hadden gevraagt en wij er van uit gingen dat er dan ook beddengoed bij zou zijn. Maar helaas is dit niet in het hotel te verkrijgen. Dus wees gewaarschuwd wanneer u een kinderbedje nodig bent, neem zelf beddengoed voor een kinderbedje mee.
