"Clean room and property was landscaped and maintained daily. Service around pool area was good. Overall food was good nothing outstanding We ate at steak restaurant where lobster was chewy and steak fatty. Coffee bar on main floor was great. This resort lacked entertainment on the property compared to other RIU We did attend the neon party next door but even that was so so. Overall would rate this trip a 7"

"As a solo traveler to this resort, I was disappointed. The customer service was not good. The only time there was good customer service was when I was checking in. Once in my room, it smelled of sewage, and you could tell it hadn't been deep-cleaned in a while. I had to request that the sheets be changed because they had dirt marks on them. There was dust/dirt buildup in the corner of the bathroom. However, aesthetically the room was nice. The food was not good. The only place it was decent food was the Italian restaurant. The landscaping of the property was nice. The adult pool was filled with bugs. Vacationers had to use their hands to removed the bugs out the adult pool, that's how bad it was. I would see staff cleaning the pool where the kids were but not the adult pool.HOWEVER, THE BEACH IS HORRIBLE. I've never experienced a beach like it. It was filled with panhandlers and had no chairs. You had to get your own chair from the stack and drag it to wherever you wanted it. In all, this was a great disappointment"

"Loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — conveniently located near the airport, which made transportation incredibly easy, especially with the free shuttle service offered by the hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and I truly enjoyed the food and overall dining experience. The pool was another great feature that added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions that came up. There's not many food options around the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We traveled as three families with children ages 6, 7, and 8, and we always felt extremely safe and comfortable throughout the entire stay. The kiddie pool area was fantastic, especially the shaded covered section where parents could comfortably sit and watch the kids even during the hottest parts of the day. The main pool was also beautiful and relaxing. Another pleasant surprise was the food. We genuinely enjoyed everything we ate. Yes, there is a buffet, which naturally repeats some dishes throughout the week, but they also have menu options that were excellent. The Eggs Benedict were wonderful, and the cheeseburgers were honestly incredible. The location is amazing - literally right across the small dirt road from the beach. The waves were stronger than we expected, so we watched the kids carefully, but they still had an amazing time. The service was outstanding. Scott, the regional director, was constantly checking on guests and making sure everyone was comfortable and having fun. Overall, we truly had an amazing experience and highly recommend this resort for families! "

"No tea in the rooms.no microwave..check in and check out time in 3pm check out time 10.. additional extra charge for one person.When you order a room for one Person with one bed,Why you have to pay for your companion?"

"They served the same food 3 days in a row! Breakfast, lunch and dinner… The ac didn’t work in the room for the first 2 nights. I had to get moved to another room When I booked it said night clubs , seafood nights we never had any of it! The swim up bar closed every day at 6pm This was not an all inclusive hotel!!!! "

"Room needed updates; request for water and beer in room needed to be requested daily, which we sometimes never got water for day; ac unit broke twice- no ac to sleep; pool bar ran out of drinks on Sunday; flies at pool bar was overwhelming; toilet clogged first day there; food was below average; staff was great- welcoming and friendly. Beach was great- no rush to grab chairs.. if looking to hub to travel Costa Rica- this is place; if looking for pampering vacation- find somewhere else."
