Great hotel, great location. Not at the waterfront, but a 5 min walk from it. Very quiet area, with everything being a walk away, a bus away, or both. Highly recommended, and would definitely come back.

A nice, luxury-feel stay, close to all the things we wanted to see. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a view of the sea and the castle, which was a nice little plus. It’s close to lots of neighborhood cafes and a supermarket. We have already decided to stay here again when we return to Palma. The shower is very slippery, so I recommend bringing flipflops/sandals for that use. ;)

Nice hotel in a great location, in a quieter neighbourhood while still being very central. The rooms are a bit small, but modern, clean and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Unfortunately, on several occasions the staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and simple questions often seemed to be met as though we were bothering them. This was really the only downside to an otherwise nice stay.

This hotel was good, staff was good and the restaurant onsite was decent: we were under the impression that the spa amenities (not services) were included with our stay, this was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Though priced reasonably at $12 for those staying in the hotel, we found it surprising it was not included. On another note, the room is fairly small, enough for 2 people but any more would likely be uncomfortable. Everything was much smaller than we imagined. The pool, the gym, the rooms but all were well maintained minimally. Breakfast is $20 pp. Restaurant is $$ reasonable. There are other restaurants, mini markets etc in close proximity.

The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable and nicely kept, although it was a little on the small side and we had 2 single beds attached The gym was amazing and very well equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Mallorca. Parking is available on the street, but we were always able to find a spot relatively close to the hotel, which was very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. I found it a little expensive considering the variety of options available. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall condition of the hotel made it a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept.

I had a very pleasant stay at Isla Mallorca Hotel & Spa. The location is great—it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore Palma on foot. There’s also a huge supermarket just 2 minutes away, which was very convenient, and parking was possible for free on the street—you could always find a place next to the hotel, and it was very convenient, and the hotel has excellent bus connections to different parts of the city and the airport. The pool area is spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and seating, so it never felt overcrowded. One thing I particularly appreciated was that housekeeping came later in the day. It meant there was no early morning knocking on the door, allowing for a more relaxing start to the day.
