I stayed here for 4 nights with my son. The room was spacious for a standard room and very clean. I loved the spa and the shampoo bar for washing my hair. The hotel provided great amenities. We especially loved the lounge, which had complimentary snacks and drinks at different times throughout the day. A lovely stay.

Alles in allem ein solides Hotel. Die Lage ist ansich ganz gut allerdings muss man schon ein gutes Stück laufen um zur nächsten Bahnstation oder Bushaltestelle zu kommen. Dafür sind ganz viele kleine Lokale in der Nähe die einen Besuch wert sind.

I was staying in Tokyo for my abroad program but during vacation I went on a solo trip to Osaka and this hotel was amazing in every way! Plenty of shops nearby, transportation is convenient with plenty of stations leading to different areas if needed. If you’re willing to walk a minimum of 15 minutes you can make it anywhere from any station.

宿泊がデラックスの部屋であったため部屋も横長に広く景色も楽しめた 部屋風呂もレインシャワー付きの洗い場のあるタイプの為大浴場があるにも拘らず利用してしまった ネスカフェのバリスタが付いてるのも特別感があって嬉しい 新しいので防音もバッチシ そして宿泊者全員が利用できるラウンジは最高 イブニングタイムのおつまみも思った以上に充実しててビールがハイネケン ギネスということもありこれがサービスなの？って感じ 朝食も時間があるならつける価値あり 更に大浴場　サウナ付きと至れり尽くせり スタッフの対応はビジネスライクに感じたがまあそれはそれで特に不満を感じる事はない ビジネスにも観光にも梅田においては最上級ではないかと思う ただ部屋数の割にラウンジは小型の為繁忙期はどうなるのかなって感じはある
