Very Good

The property was exactly as advertised and our family had a blast! We visited Legoland, which was about a 45-minute drive away. The property was a very short walk to the resort's amenities. Our family had a great time in the pool, water slide, and lazy river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Publix right around the corner from the resort, so that's a great option to not have to eat out every day.
The only downside was the arcade. Several of the games were out of order, had broken controllers, or cheated you out of tickets won. But that is on the resort itself and not the property.
Overall, it was a great experience! Looking forward to our next stay here!
Dirty- a dead cockroach and dirty fans throughout. Drains- master bathroom was super slow to drain. Come to find out, the drain stopper was broke or wasn’t even installed. Cheap- the couch is one of the worst I’ve ever sat on. The plastic chairs, rusty and water damaged tables and appliances, faux countertops and tiny tvs just reek of cheapness. There’s only 1 tv that’s “smart”. Not to mention all the power cords hanging everywhere for small children hazards. They spared every penny on the cheapest furnishings to “decorate” this condo. Curtains- the curtain in the kitchen does not fit the window in the least. And the curtain in the main bedroom bathroom does nothing for nighttime use. People from the street can see right in when using the shower and doing your business. Wall damage- there are holes, scuffs and wall “repairs” everywhere. The property, rules and extra charges are something that should be included in the description. When checking in, there are endless rules to follow (ie. if the condo doesn’t have enough trash bags you need to buy your own. I was told by the rude front desk girl). My truck was stickered and threatened to be towed for parking an inch or two off the front of the driveway. In the description, it didn’t make it clear that the resort fee was extra. I read it as the resort fee was include since that’s what the main page said. Instead it cost me over 60 more dollars.
