The property itself was very interesting. It’s an apartment complex style layout. Very easy to navigate, though. Super convenient location. Very short drive to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Food, gift shops, gas stations all around. The room was awesome. We were able to enjoy the big bathing tub multiple times during our stay. The screened in balcony was refreshing and offered a nice view of the little pond on the property. Everything electronic worked. Bed was decent but not the best, may be a problem for a longer stay. No weird smells. Only a few opportunities for improvement: 1. The walls are VERY thin. We could hear our neighbors clearly. I imagine they could hear us as well. 2. The shower drain wasn’t working properly. Every time we showered we were standing in water almost covering our feet completely. 3. No smart TV. Can’t stream Netflix, Disney+, Hulu etc. unless you bring a console with you. We brought a Nintendo Switch and were able to use YouTube. We spent 2 nights. Overall good experience. Would stay again for another short period with the hopes for quieter neighbors.

The staff, the room and the location were all fantastic!! Only thing we disliked was the washer/dryer which did not wash or dry the clothes properly but we reported it to the front desk and they jumped on right on making a note for maintenance to address it. That still didn’t take away from the experience of the hotel however! Beds were very comfortable! It was two bedroom suite and with the pull out bed, it was like we all had three separate rooms. They also provided plates, utensils, pots, coffee pot, dishwashing liquid, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels for the room and the pool, etc. We didn’t need ANYTHING during our stay. Highly recommend and we would definitely book with them again!

Older property. Old apartment musty smell in room. Laundry located in another building in the stairwell of 2nd floor converted closet. 1 apartment sized stackable unit. Dark with no space. Other resort guests walking past constantly. 10.00 per day parking fee. Not what I imagined for Hilton. Resort fee 22. 00 for what?! Upon checkout, asked how was our stay,. Complained about conditions and desk agent said NOTHING. Why ask if u didn’t really want to know? Would not stay here again

Every visit we come to orlando we try to stay at this resort. We love it enough space for the family staff is wonderful. The pool is great they have changed some things like parking. You have to pay for now and other things but its ok ill still stay here better then any other rooms ive booked.

checked in around 1 or2 am after a delayed flight. staff at desk said system was doing some kind of nightly switch over and it would be about 1/2 hour. then said if I had let them know of our late arrival it would have been faster......I let him know that I had noted our arrival would be after mid night on the reservation and the hotel had acknowledge this information. check in did take a long time, but room was clean and property was nice.
