Stunning home in Icici with house sea view

  • Spend your holiday in the popular town of Iii on the Opatija Riviera, known for its beach and marina.



    The beautiful apartment has two bedrooms and is therefore ideal for a couple with children. It is equipped for your pleasant and comfortable stay, and you will be delighted by the beautiful balcony with panoramic views of the blue sea, the city of Rijeka and Opatija and the Kvarner islands of Krk and Cres. From the living room and the master bedroom you have a view of the sea. In the entrance area there is a beautiful large, mostly enclosed terrace, and you also have an additional open terrace with 2 sun loungers. Prepare your favourite meals on the barbecue and enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat.



    Enjoy the beach with many sports and entertainment facilities and catering establishments. Visit the town of Opatija, which has been known for its tourism since the 18th century, visible through its architecture with villas from the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, landscape parks, luxury hotels, a long promenade along the sea and many entertainment options. There are also beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails in the Uka Mountains Nature Park.

Wir reisen mit Hund und auch der war ein gern gesehener Gast.Der Ausblick auf das Meer, vom Balkon oder Frühstückstisch, ist einfach nur traumhaft.Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke, die Auffahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich mit einer extremen Steigung aber gut befahrbar.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und vielleicht sehen wir uns einmal wieder.
