Our room was newly renovated and we were the first guests to stay in there. The location is unbeatable and the room itself was, although not the biggest on our Japan trip, a decent size. We had enough space for our belongings and enjoyed the nice view from our bed. We would definitely book this hotel again!

Hands down the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. While the hotel may not be brand new, it is immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in an unbeatable location. From check-in to check-out, the service was flawless. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism, making our stay truly exceptional. A well-deserved five stars across the board.

This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area.
