Just for two nights Hotels.com charge me 390 (I don’t mind paying) and Marriott another 390. I spent 780 for two nights. I call for a refund and error but no response back. The breakfast is way over priced and served cold. It’s better to a breakfast burritos and coffee from lota burger. But the staff were friendly and helpful."

"I love the jacuzzi there; and the fact that the pool/jacuzzi is open until 2300hrs. That was the reason why I booked there specifically. The room was great too. I just wish there had been a mini-fridge in the room."

"No hot water in the shower…none. When I told the front desk they said “You booked through Expedia call them” Just rude. AC didn’t work either I’d recommend you stay someplace else and walk through the lobby of El Rancho it’s kind of cool but pretty threadbare. Restaurant staff was nice."
