Great location for the price. I have stayed here twice now and was surprised that my king bed room did not look like the room I stayed in before. Ask for the queen bed rooms on second floor for more seating room and decor.

Room was very nice and really clean. I spoke with front desk employee, Ruth, several times prior to traveling. For a small additional fee, I was able to bring my dog and there was a large green space where dogs could do their business.

Room was clean. Coffee machine in the room was not clean so we didn't use it. Property is pretty well maintained and has a nice, outdoor seating area. The restaurant onsite is great! Location is very convenient to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford, the PVD airport and the interstate to any place you want to take a drive to.

Nice clean place. We were basically just there to sleep but the room was clean and the staff was friendly at check in. Didn't have much other interaction. The restaurant was great. We got coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was perfect.

Room was clean. Front desk was pleasant. Air conditioning worked well. Parking easy in front of unit. I don't often stay in motels and wished there were extra safety locks inside doors. But it was quiet & felt safe.

This was my second time staying here and I booked it at literally the last minute for an unexpected visit. Once again the room was very clean. That is the most important thing to me. The bed linens were clean the floor was clean. The property can use some updating. One benefit for me is that there is a pizzeria across the street that has delicious gluten-free pizza and on the property there is a breakfast and lunch restaurant called Karie's that has many gluten-free options for me. I will stay there again.

Rooms are super comfy, loved making use of the fire pit and having a great restaurant right next door. Only complaint would be the TV, it stopped working for a little while and wouldn’t allow my to connect my Apple TV to the hdmi port. Some of the outlets didn’t work either. Otherwise, I definitely would stay here again. The beach is not far, and Newport is a short 25 min drive away!

I have stayed here before and would stay there again. Love the park like setting, the staff is very polite and friendly. Room spotless and comfortable. Close to a fantastic pizza place and other stores and shopping.
