The property was clean, the room was large. Two issues: No air conditioning. It was warm in Nice and the room was uncomfortably warm. During the day there was noisy construction going on which made it impossible to rest.

The staff were so kind and polite and put up with my terrible French. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. I didn’t have any food from the restaurant attached but had a drink and it was clean and staff were polite. The air con was a blessing in the heat and having the hotel only 5 min walk from the promenade was amazing.
