"Breakfast was well above the average hotel breakfast with not only an excellent buffet but also fresh made eggs to your choice with a varied meat choice. Inna was a fantastic host and our room with fireplace was perfect and spotless. Due to parking requirements and expense in NOTL it might be a good idea to have a guide to local transport, even a payment required shuttle."

"It is a no contact room access was prompt and cordial. Very quiet location about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. Too bad we were there too early in the spring and the week as we could not enjoy the lounge. Lovely quiet stay."

If you want a place where you can talk to a local to see what’s going on, this isn’t the place. No staff around. For the price I don’t think the value was there. However location is excellent. "Very clean, cozy rooms - enjoyed the fireplace on a cold spring evening. Staff were super friendly and although we didn't use them, the courtesy shuttle, bikes and umbrellas to be used are a nice touch!"

"Excellent location, super attentive front staff, restaurant and spa attendants. The restaurant and lounge is great! Love the option for free bikes. Indoor parking is an asset. Rooms are very spacious for 4 with great tea and coffee options."
