I love it wasnt expected the room to be so comfortable with the price it was close to stores shopping walking distance to a store even had chicken in the store so good I will definetly get this room again when I come back to New Orleans oh it is quiet with locked gates overall thank you for your hospitality

The absolute worst stay I have ever had. Starting off the room they gave us was dirty so they "upgraded us" to a "double queen suite". They were not queens. The room has 2 full size beds and a twin. There was a hole in the wall behind the door, no smoke detector (which had been missing so long, there was texture ceiling over the base), the burners on the in suite stove top were burned out as if there was a fire previously, the outlets were dirty and a few of them did not work. The freezer had rust all in it. When we got to the room it was extremely hot so we turned on the AC and it took a full 24 hours to cool down the room. The one curtain was barely hanging on and you could see light coming through the gap in the door leading outside. We contemplated sleeping in our car to be cool. The beds were 1 ft away from the wall making it hard to get in and out of them or get to the bathroom. The bathroom, there was some sort of gray dirt around the entirety of the baseboards, the toilet had a ring stain in it, there was what I hope to be urine on the underside of the toilet seat, there looked to be black mold where the floor met the bathtub, little water pressure and the drain was 90% clogged so you stood in water as you showered with some something white bobbing in the drain. No tub or sink stopper. Plumbing issues as the toilet took a while to flush. Gate to get to the rooms was pointless, the side door was always open. Property had a strong smell of raw sewage. Friendly customer service, clean room. It just had a “motel” odor, some disinfectant spray fixed that though. No other complaints though.

A very disappointed Customer

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was unable to make a room key due to difficulty with their equipment. After waiting for 30 minutes to no avail, the machine still was not working. So I had to cancel the reservation and start the process of looking for another hotel. The only good thing was I am from New Orleans so I knew the city, but what if I was from out of town, a total stranger I would have been very,very upset.

Nice and affordable

This motel is about 5 Miles away from the French Quarter. It was very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it if you have a car to move around.

We had a good stay.

Check in and check out were easy. We loved the gated parking. The area wasn't the best but didn't seem like the worse. We were able to get an Uber to and from the hotel so that made things easier. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly. NO bed bugs! Our room was clean and comfortable.

Muy buen hotel a muy buen precio. Habitación limpia, muy cómoda. La TV es muy vieja y sin control pero funciona. Hay piscina. El desayuno es bueno. La zona donde esta ubicado esta lejos de los lugares de interés de Miami como Miami Beach, el aeropuerto, centros comerciales importantes etc.

An ok motel

The staff was nice and the room was clean all the way around but my toilet wouldn't flush right, it kept getting stopped up and I had to constantly ask for a plunger. Also I had to take cold showers bc the water wouldn't heat up

far from french quarter but accessible by bus.

hotel staff very helpful. let us check-in early at no additional charge. printed my greyhound tickets for free. although far from the french quarter, bus stop is just a walking distance. downside: no fastfood or restaurants nearby but there's a gas station with a mini mart next door.
