I love it wasnt expected the room to be so comfortable with the price it was close to stores shopping walking distance to a store even had chicken in the store so good I will definetly get this room again when I come back to New Orleans oh it is quiet with locked gates overall thank you for your hospitality

Decent stay for a quick trip.

Friendly customer service, clean room. It just had a “motel” odor, some disinfectant spray fixed that though. No other complaints though.

The area of the hotel was unsafe. It was holes in the curtains and it really doesn’t look like the pictures. Although the beds were comfortable, i would not recommend for the next trip.

A very disappointed Customer

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was unable to make a room key due to difficulty with their equipment. After waiting for 30 minutes to no avail, the machine still was not working. So I had to cancel the reservation and start the process of looking for another hotel. The only good thing was I am from New Orleans so I knew the city, but what if I was from out of town, a total stranger I would have been very,very upset.

It was in a very bad neighborhood. Unfortunately there was some illegal activities going on just outside of the parking lot.

Terrible. It's in such a bad neighborhood is gated. The ice machine didn't work the park machine didn't work no hot water to take a shower. Very bad

Nice and affordable

This motel is about 5 Miles away from the French Quarter. It was very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. I highly recommend it if you have a car to move around.

We had a good stay.

Check in and check out were easy. We loved the gated parking. The area wasn't the best but didn't seem like the worse. We were able to get an Uber to and from the hotel so that made things easier. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly. NO bed bugs! Our room was clean and comfortable.

It is not in a great area, but they do have a good security gate system, so I never felt at risk. But I wont be going back here.

Buen precio pero esta lejos de atracciones

Muy buen hotel a muy buen precio. Habitación limpia, muy cómoda. La TV es muy vieja y sin control pero funciona. Hay piscina. El desayuno es bueno. La zona donde esta ubicado esta lejos de los lugares de interés de Miami como Miami Beach, el aeropuerto, centros comerciales importantes etc.

Rundown. Lockup parking gives an idea of area. Needs cleaning up. Woken rah mornig about 4 am by loud voices.

An ok motel

The staff was nice and the room was clean all the way around but my toilet wouldn't flush right, it kept getting stopped up and I had to constantly ask for a plunger. Also I had to take cold showers bc the water wouldn't heat up

far from french quarter but accessible by bus.

hotel staff very helpful. let us check-in early at no additional charge. printed my greyhound tickets for free. although far from the french quarter, bus stop is just a walking distance. downside: no fastfood or restaurants nearby but there's a gas station with a mini mart next door.
