"I have had an issue with the room. They gave me a room different than what I selected when I first booked. Then they moved my room to something more renovated but smelt nasty. I told them the room terribly smells bad all they did was spray more to cover but the smell got worse. Third room service opened the room in us while we were asleep. I wouldn’t come here again. Also the pool was under maintenance that ruined our stay. "

"Great value for the money. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. One shower dispenser, I guess 3 in 1 bath/shampoo/conditioner? The only thing missing was coffee. There was only one chair, so sit on the bed while eating/drinking. Overall, very nice!"

"Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent and helped start the day well. Was a little disappointed with the quality of the coffee machine, especially for an Italy! We had 2 minor issues. Firstly, we like 2 pillows each, so we asked for 2 extra pillows on the first night and were told there wasn’t any! Fortunately we asked the room attendant in the morning and she kindly got us 2 extras. Secondly, the safe in the room didn’t work and this wasn’t resolved, despite us asking 3 different staff members. But these were only minor issues. I would still recommend the hotel. It was perfectly adequate for our stay. It’s also in a good area with restaurants and transport links on the doorstep."
