"Clean room, outdated compared to the pictures specially the bathroom. It is on top of the bar and it was louder than I expected until closing at 2am especially over the weekend, but was able to get sleep throughout my stay. Staff was great, extremely nice and helpful "

"If we had booked through the hotel directly we could have got free breakfast (I think it was $25 each). Also might have got a balcony but the room was fine. At the edge of Jaco so we had a short taxi or Uber ride to get into town - about $4! Although I don't use the casino another guest commented that there was no way to get money! No ATM in the hotel. Nearest is in the center of Jaco. Tried various restaurants. Pool bar was very good - a bit slow but very nice waiters. Pools are lovely though a bit too warm. Very helpful concierge booking and changing tours. Thank you Aura."

"When we arrived, it was all locked up and dark on a sketchy back alley. A man came to the gate but would not open it or turn any lights on. He called someone and they said my reservation was for the next day. They blamed Expedia for the error. We left and found another hotel. Very unpleasant experience."
