I arrived early to the property and I had to wait approximately 20 minutes until room was ready unfortunately the desk manager delayed to inform me that the room was ready. I took it upon myself to check the room and it was ready 10 minutes ago after waiting 30 minutes. The manager was very rude and insensitive to a guest just arriving to another country expecting high expectations. Secondly upon check out the front desk tried to charge me with additional guest fees which was not a problem but they didn’t let me know upon check in nor the cost per person. No hot water at the sink faucet and at the shower electric water heater which was inconsistent temperature. The best thing about this hotel is it’s location.

The room was outdated and different from what they advertised on Expedia I have pictures and videos. The food was mid. I didn’t mind the loud music at night but our window was broke and poorly fixed the next day so it still didn’t close completely. Towards the end of our trip there was construction which stopped us from having water for hours then when it returned it was cold. Tried getting a refund from Expedia but they wouldn’t grant it because they “talked to the Manager” who confirmed the room was correct when indeed the pictures were completely different.
