I really loved my stay here and had a wonderful experience in Naples. The property was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony that I truly enjoyed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent—the cornetto was always fresh, warm, and delicious. I would also like to thank the staff. The cleaning lady was incredibly kind and friendly. The manager who welcomed me at check-in was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. He gave me many great suggestions on places to visit and things to do in Naples, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples.

Breakfast is at a restaurant close to the hotel (1 pastry + one coffee). Clean room Missing some basics like Tissues, cups, or body soap. They give shampoo only. Staff was very helpful and available through WhatsApp. A little bit hard to find the hotel as there's no sign and it is in the same building as other hotels/Hostels but they helped us via messages to find our way. AC was functioning very well. We got the yellow room which has the bathroom connecting through the check-in counter so is outside of the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the location is very convenient as it is right at the train station.

I arrived to the location but the hotel had a different name. They said it was because they manage different properties. I was worried thinking it was a scam. Then they said the room I book wasn’t available ant told me it was Expedia’s fault. That the hotel was overbooked. So confusing and annoying. Expedia returned my money, but I think It is sketchy how these properties manage everything. At the end, the guy on the front desk, pit in a room in different hotel, he was helpful.

CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON THIS ONE: I booked it on Expedia, and it looked like a hotel (as opposed to three rooms in an interior building without signage) so I didn’t worry about checking emails the days before this day because we were on vacation and we were struggling to get reliable data service and I would never worry about checking emails for a hotel. Airbnbs, yes. Hotels, no. I don’t think I missed anything in the listing, but maybe I did, but either way, please know that it is not a traditional hotel. They emailed me in advance with building codes and a note that they were having to close the “check-in lobby“ at 1 PM the day we were coming in and that if they didn’t hear back from me, they were going to cancel our room, but I never saw it until we arrived on the train at 5 pm. Luckily, we were able to get data then and saw the emails we missed and we were able to contact someone who was able to get us into the building and get us our room back. Whew! Thank you so much!

Overall a very clean room , clean towels 3 out of 5 days , maybe due to me ? Helpful staff , contactable via WhatsApp. Good location for travelling around being 300 meters from the main rail station . Easy to get from the airport by bus that stops right outside the main station , leaving a 2min walk to the hotel . Yes it’s located on the 5th floor , it’s a building that acts as a few hotels all in one The lift does work , but as it’s older only holds 2 , so not great for a family or more than 2 . Stairs are ok and clean to use . Breakfast is provided by a cafe 500m away , which serves a local sugared donut type pastry or a croissant with a coffee , again helpful and friendly staff , nice to watch the world go by . All in all a good value place to stay that’s clean , friendly , easy to access to and from .

The location is amazing, it’s walking distance from the train station. We stayed 3 nights and used Naples as home base for our travels. It’s about a 30 minute train ride from Pompeii and 2 hour ferry ride from Amalfi. The room itself was spacious and had a great view of mount Vesuvius. Max was very friendly and helpful.
