Ruby I’m assuming the owner, is definitely a character in a good way. The yard, the accommodation is a great value. The pool is outstanding. The property restaurant was also a great value. Location is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. Just a side note. The fruit plate at the restaurant is huge.

The owner or maybe manager was amazing and so so friendly!! The room was beautiful, hot water great beds and fan PLUS AIR CON. My dream come true. Amazing location, quiet and peaceful but close to everything. Pool is great! Cold cheap beer right next door! One tip though. If you have mobility issues, request first Floor. The stairs for me with luggage were a bit much ( I could have asked for help but I’m stubborn) lol . Ps. If you need a massage. Just done the street I had an awesome service by Phu at Tam Coc morning homestay. ( receptionist Tuyin is sweet too!) . For vegetarians/vegans you gotta hit the Boat just a block away. Unreal food!!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Lavender homestay. Nam greeted us with a warm welcome and explained everything worth knowing about the surroundings. Especially the bike ride was good. She arranged transfer to the airport and communicated fluently in English with current updates about the driver and pickup time etc. The location was great and we give our highest recommendations!

I had a lovely time at Lavender home stay. The location is perfect, close to the lake but a little tucked away from the main strip meaning you have some privacy. The room was spacious and tidy with a big bathroom, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it seemed very clean and other guests were enjoying it. Nam, the owner, was amazing, so kind and friendly, gave great recommendations and was helpful.
Very close to the lake

Great stay!

Super location and very helpful staff. The rooms are nice, big and clean, and the bathroom is very nice. The owners are super helpful and the location is nice and quiet and yet only a few minutes walk from the Main Street. It was too cold for the pool, but that also looked amazing. Can highly recommended, great value for money.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! The owner is so sweet and helpful. We booked a tour through the hotel and it was so easy they picked us up at our hotel and dropped us back off there. We also rented a scooter from them and it was so cheap. Not the nicest scooter but it worked perfectly. Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back next time.

This is a great location, quiet on a side street with a garden like setting. You are only a short walk from the center of Tam Coc and all the restaurants and shops. It’s a family run hotel. They include a simple breakfast, which was more than adequate. They have a nice pool too. Only thing that would be a nice addition would be safes/lock boxes in the room.

There is so many homestays to choose from in this area and I'm so glad we chose to stay at Lavendar Homestay. The location is great as it's just a couple minute walk from the main Tam Coc area. The homestay was very clean and pleasant, they even accommodated our (very) late checkout so we could catch a night bus. Motorbike and bicycle rentals available to explore the area. The hosts were our favorite part of the stay. They are such kind and hospitable people and they made our visit to the Nihn Binh area so memorable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nihn Binh.

Great value place in TamCoc

This was a good value place to stay, the staff were amazing. I stayed in #701 which was in an older building, the room had a slight odor but apart from that everything was alright. I am sure they would have put me in a different room if I mentioned it to them but I was here for just a night so didn't bother. The people who manage this place are very kind and helpful, big thanks to them

Huge room and bathroom. Clean. Offered motorbike and bike rental. Very friendly family who took care of us. Offered advise on where to go and offered to help book tours or transportation. Shakshuka and coffee breakfast were good. If I had to nitpick, the towels were a little rough, the internet wasn't the best and for our room, one of the outlets by the bed was 5 feet above the bed
