"Clean"

"The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry."

" The check-in process was confusing from the start, as it did not take place at the Corendon Hotel as expected, but instead at a different location called Marriott Residence Inn. This lack of clarity set the tone for an uncomfortable stay. After returning to the hotel one evening with my kids following a day out in the city, we were shocked to find several used undergarments left on the kitchen worktop. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve. The following day, we discovered yet another undergarment on the floor. We reported these issues to reception, but the response was disappointing. The only compensation offered was one day of free breakfast, which did not feel appropriate given the severity of the situation. Overall, this experience was very unpleasant, and it is difficult to overlook such serious lapses in hygiene and service."
