"The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities include free usage of washer and dryer. A guest needs only purchase a very reasonably priced detergent packet from the front desk. One thing I wished for is a small wash cloth in the bathroom, or that one is available upon request. There is an MTR station which is connected to the hotel reception by a foot bridge. "We had a wonderful stay thanks to Kane Ng and his staff. We have stayed several times over the last 15 years and they never disappoint with their hospitality and friendly service. The only thing I would say is about the breakfast which could have more western food options, other than that the hotel was excellent "
