"I did not utilize the laundry pool or any of the perks of the property. I was there for business only. I didnt even get to try their breakfast but it did look to be ok from what I could see walking by. My room was clean, except my shower. I had to go buy cleaner and clean the shower because there was dirt and hair feom prior use in it. I also had to go and buy my own shampoo, conditioner and body wash as the stuff that was there the bottles were disgusting and the shampoo was empty. I felt better to get my own just incase those were tampered with anyways. Last thing I needed was to wash with something that someone else did something to."

"This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!"

"Several staff members were unengaging and fairly curt. The car valet guys were nice but having to valet the car every time we used it was inconvenient and expensive. During our 4 night stay, the room was only serviced the third morning at my request because I had spilled coffee on the sheet the first night and they didn't service our room at all the next day. They only did it the second morning because I requested it. The first night I also found a long dark hair on one of the hand towels and placed it on the floor to be replaced but no one came the next day. Our coffee pods and sugar in the room were never replaced and the trash wasn't emptied, even on the one day we had service. The Kelly hotel is attractive but we're not likely to stay again, which is a shame since our son and DIL live in Birmingham and we visit often."

"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."

"I was very disappointed in this hotel, although the breakfast was good The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. I would suggest that you check your mattress in your sheets as you’re not sure what you are lying"

"The construction project in process made things complicated. Most importantly, there was no public bathroom. Tough to come in after a long drive and not be able to go to the restroom. Some areas were a bit dirty, but that was probably due to the construction. "
